Sitio Cablao Service Project

Sitio Cablao, Barangay Pagsangahan,

Covered court or extended building or covered structure are not primary or planned for sports functions. The said structure is designed for the purpose of carrying a need for a venue during important  events and program of the school. This is also use as additional or alternative or temporary study area in case there is classroom shortages in the school. 

This is also use as a covered play area for all the students and as an area for Physical Education (P.E.)  and other interactive classes that can be use every day including holidays. 

The community can also use this for their barangay meetings, training and seminar social gatherings, develop functional and basic capabilities.

Previously, the school ground are empty. The students had no shelter when it rains, the ground is muddy and slippery. During sunny days  its hot for some school activities.

Because the school do not have enough funds, they first prioritize the passage  of the children. It helps but not enough. Waiting the funds from the government is not easy. 

It will takes (long) times.

Our line to all of our beneficiaries are always open, 

The covered court is requested by one of the teacher in Cablao.

Through  phone, our group leader asked them what is the exact plan, They also give the costing of all the materials needed. 

From that point Akyat Aral created a fund raising campaign to address their needs. The volunteers and donor immediately conformed. Upon raising the exact amount the advance team   proceed to Sitio Cablao to clear all plans and talk to all matters.

Upon settling everything the advance team passed the hardware and buy all the necessary materials that will be used in constructions.

The teacher said not to give any more, they are very grateful for the covered structure and that  is enough,

but we never agree because  Akyat Aral projects  "Give Hope to the Children" and "Put smile in Their Face" for the children as the group primary objective, we never just donate money, we want children feel  their importance, we want them to learned that they are special for us.

Interaction with the children is very important to us...to let them feel connected.

In returned kids sings and shows their talents for us.

While kids are having fun, full of gladness other volunteers are busy repairing and re-painting of school chairs and tables.

The enigma of giving is affirmed when you saw a gratified smile from the children face. 

During the event the materials has not yet arrived. because the location is very far from the town   To  be imagine,  Cablao  is located in Quezon Province, and the nearest town is in Rizal Province.

Akyat Aral is not limited in providing school materials and children personal need such as school supplies, school bags, cloths and other necessities. With the help of our volunteers and donors, we also administer to provide small school building, playground and others as much as possible, to inspire and motivate young children.

The project maybe small but we know that donation should be use wisely and effectively.

Our special thanks to the local volunteers who built the structure through their cooperative endeavor. 

The very first time they used it is during teacher's day.

They have a program and fun games to honor their teacher's who patiently go to their place no matter how it far.  

The personal commitment of our group to reach out and touch the lives of less privileges children and families will continue to do so with our program and events.

Dreams Do Come True

Sitio New Inararo, Porac, Pampanga 

Almost around the world  people celebrates birthday, not just to give or to receive a gift and share foods to eat  but to honored and wish a "Happy Birthday" the birthday celebrants.

Akyat Aral knows that there are important days in their life, we make sure that children recognize the value of their birthday as a celebration of LIFE...

Birthday is a happy time to every children to show how much they loved. This is always a memorable occasions gather with their family, friends and even with their neighbors thinking back the day of the children was born and reflecting on how much the have grown over the past years.  

Unfortunately, because of being less privilege they cannot celebrate a memorable day of their lives. 

Akyat Aral "Dreams Do Come True" project is a birthday celebration for all of the children in Sitio Inararo in Porac, Pampanga to let them experience how to have a birthday celebration. 

The project is an empowerment program to make a tangible difference to their lives and offer a place of dignity and hope for their mind and in their heart. This is to let them believe that all things are possible and they have the power over their future. Through this program they will overcome disappointment and to become empowered citizens with practical life skills that they can put in action to tackle the positive change for themselves as well as for their community.

The Program:

The birthday party is not a party without a cake (this is tradition) and we know that all of them like a cake. The cake is highly decorated  covered with covered with colorful cream, buttercream frosting, maybe vanilla and etc., and there also a classic chocolates on chocolate cakes, all looks so delicious.

To make the birthday celebration complete, there are pop corn and ice cream, making them enjoy and feel how to be a real children experiencing a real birthday party to each other. 

Of course a mascot for complete entertainment.

Gifts are prepared, like toys, sandals and slippers, school supplies and many others surprise treats. 

There are umbrella and rain for them to use.

While the program is running, and children are having fun with the other, some volunteers are busy in cooking.

Akyat Aral real understanding and empathy for others truly comes through their experience. Akyat Aral believed that connecting and touching lives of others is a million times  more powerful than making a million cash donations to the less privilege communities.
